Weldan 2002 ApS
This new company, Weldan 2002 ApS, is the successor to the original Weldan A/S (Evald A. Nyborg A/S) firm which was founded in 1946. It carries on the tradition of innovative, reliable European design, not only with modern High-Frequency generators and plastic welding handling systems, but with the recently developed thermal techniques including the patented NWS (New Weldan System) which combines thermo-contact and impulse control methods allowing most thermoplastics including non-polar PP, PE and mixed laminates to be welded at high speed.
Weldan offers a standard range of High-Frequency- and Thermo-contact welding machines for welding stationery, medical and many other products. The machines are manually or automatically actuated, the manual type either foot/pneumatic operated or free-standing pneumatic presses fitted with trays. The automatics are reel-fed, in-line designs, also incorporating automatic cardboard placing if required.
